Since most motherboards these days are including Firewire ports and additional usb ports, it may not be necessary to purchase additional cards to serve the same function. If your motherboard doesn’t come with these options, or you decide you need more of these ports on your computer then there are many cards out there to fit your needs. One more card that may be of use is shown above with a bi silver box in the middle of it. That’s a TV Tuner card. With this card you can watch TV on your computer while doing other things as well. ATI makes a great card and if this sounds like something you’d like, just add that to your list.
